I am currently experiencing some of the most appaling customer service I have ever received.
My brand new Adria Coral Compact vehicle was delivered with a series of minor faults, my motorhome dealer has rectified most but not all and in the process has actually damaged my vehicle in the process of carrying out what I consider as unauthorised warrranty work that was not discussed or autrhorised by me.
In response to correspondence sent on this matter my dealer has denied any responsibility for the shoddy workmanship. Has told me that they no longer wish to support me, and has refered me to another Adria approved dealer who I am told will sort out my problems including their shoddy workmanship.
This I find astounding, especially since there is 5 months warranty remaining and also a there is an additional 2 year dealer warranty that I have paid for, which I'm sure they are duty bound to honour.
Does anyone on this site have the contact details for Adria, I would like the opportunity to talk this situation through with them. As far as I'm concerned the Adria product is a fantastic product, which I why I invested my hard earned cash.
I'm not expeting Adria to sort out the underlying issues that I have with the dealer, I will instruct a lawyer to deal with that. However, what I would like is the opportunity to speak with a senior person at Adria to talk through my experience and to establish how I can proceed from here in respect to the remaining outstanding warranty items. Similarly I want to try and ensure that no future customers have to endure what I am currently enduring and safeguard the reputation of the Adria product.
